ORDER
Purchasing step by step.

– Find the required category and product.
– Add the item into the shopping basket by entering the desired quantity and press Add to cart.
– For further purchases, please repeat above procedure.
– From the cart page you can remove items or update the quantity.
– Once you are done, click Proceed to checkout to confirm your purchase and pay for the goods.

After confirming the order and purchase, the system will forward an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by your customer details.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING
All packages are posted using GLS to the shipping address provided.

Your order will be sent as quickly as possible, max. 48hrs.

The shipping costs are 25EUR. If an order total exceeds 250 EUR, shipping is free.

PAYMENT
Ahrexhooks accepts payment by:

VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

Payment will not be withdrawn from your account until your order is dispatched.

All credit card details are transferred via a secure, encrypted server, which means that no other parties can access your card number or any other information provided during the transaction.

TRANSACTION FEES
Transaction fees for credit card payments are paid by the customer. The fee is 2.75% of the total order amount.

THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Ahrexhooks extends 2 years’ warranty (right to complain) in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, comprising fabrication and material faults resulting from normal use. The warranty does not cover faults, damages or wear and tear resulting from incorrect use, insufficient maintenance, undue force, or unauthorised repairs. Warranty claims on faults and imperfections usually found by standard examination of the goods must be reported to Ahrexhooks within a reasonable period. The goods should then be returned for repair, exchange, or, if agreed, perhaps for refunding.

THE RIGHT TO ANNUL
There is a 14 days’ return policy on all goods, from date of receipt. Should you choose to regret a purchase you may return the good(s) in the same condition and amount as received. When the good(s) have been received and approved the purchase price will be refunded (excl. postage and packaging) to your account within a few days. The costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
