Busy bees

We’re busy bees these days. Well, we’re thankful to say that we are most of the time, but the late fall and following winter, we are a little bit extra busy attending fly shows. Fly shows are important for us. We enjoy meeting all of you, the fly fishers who use our hooks. There’s nothing better than hearing from people who use our hooks. And we appreciate input, even criticism from you – it’s how we get better, how we improve and how we sometimes get ideas for new hooks.

Another aspect of the shows is of course the more “insider”-part of them. Meeting our distributors, wholesalers, dealers and representatives. It’s a lot of work, it really is, and it involves a awful lot of travelling and with that a lot of planning. But we enjoy it – every moment of it.

These coming few weeks we are all over the place, so to speak. You can catch up with us in the US, in the UK and in Sweden. Here’s the list of the shows we’re attending in the near future.

On January 19th, 20th and 21st we’re at The Fly Fishing Show in Denver, Colorado. It’s held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort and Convention Center. Friday the show opens at 10am, closes at 6pm. Saturday at 9am, closing at 5.3pm and Sunday opens at 9am and closes at 4.30pm.

And magically, at the same time we’re in Sweden, at The Bait Bash in Karlstad. This show opens on the 26th at 2pm, closing at 7pm. Saturday in open from 10am to 6pm.

And then the final show (for now) is The British Fly Fair 2024 on February 10th and 11th at the Staffordshire County Showground, Weston Road, Stafford ST18 0BD. The British Fly Fair is open on Saturday from 9.30am – 4.30pm and Sunday from 9.30am to 4.00pm.

Please come and say hi. We can’t promise that we have all of our hooks at the stands, but we have most of them. We hope to see you!
